Returns
As each order is custom-packed for an individual, we do not accept returns.

Refunds
Refunds are only applicable in cases of:

  • Damaged products

  • Incorrect items received

Refunds are processed via the original mode of payment. Razorpay handles the financial settlement as per their policies.

Refund Process

  1. Submit a request via support@boxivagifting.com or website chat within 2 days of delivery.

  2. Include proof (photos and order details) of the damage or incorrect item.

  3. Once verified, return instructions (if applicable) will be shared.

  4. Upon receipt and inspection of the item (if a return is needed), a refund will be initiated via Razorpay.

Damaged / Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us with supporting proof (photos and order details) within 2 days of delivery.
We will review and resolve the issue promptly.
